|  I am 22 years old. I have two children, Bryce who is 3, and Cameron who is 19 months. When I turned 18 like many teens, I messed up my credit pretty badly with over-extended credit card debt. John’s daughter Michelle and I were best friends in school and I knew that John was a real estate agent. I needed a house with a large back yard for my two boys. I called John, told him about my credit and what I was looking for, & he referred me to Mike Dempsey at Brown & Wagner Mortgage. |  John was my mom and dad's agent so when we called them to ask about checking out some rentals, they suggested we call John about the possibility of buying our own home. From the first time we talked with him, John was very helpful & personable. John took us around to look at properties and we ended up buying a house in the same neighborhood as his daughter in Ozark, MO. It was the best thing we did for ourselves.
